The apartment was clean, spacious, and simple with no unnecessary clutter, and the well-equipped kitchen made cooking enjoyable. Seeing the Duomo through the bedroom skylight was incredible! It was super helpful that they let us drop off our luggage early. The host doesn't live in the same building, but they provided great online support. Since it’s on the 5th floor with no elevator, carrying my suitcase up was pretty tough. Without air conditioning, it might be a bit harsh during extreme heat or freezing winter months, but it was totally fine during my stay in July. It would be great to have a bottle opener in the room. There wasn't one, so I had to open my beer using the hole in a ladle.

Prachtig appartementje met een fijne parkeerplek voor de auto van de straat af. Mooi verzorgd en van alle gemakken voorzien. Stukje lopen naar het centrum, maar dat was langs het water heerlijk! Niks

Spacious, well equipped and intelligently designed. This flat is a great place to use as a base, with only a short walk to shops and tourist attractions. The local area is peaceful and you can get quickly settled in to enjoy your visit. Even though it was very hot during our stay, having a good fan provided made it a little more comfortable. A very minor point, but it would have been helpful to have a short guide to the flat, its features and local facilities - for example, having a bakery downstairs is obvious to see, but it would be useful to know about other nearby shops and their opening hours, as well as places to do recycling.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen kurzen Urlaub in dieser Dachgeschosswohnung. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, und wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an wohlgefühlt. Die ruhige Lage und die gute Ausstattung haben unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können diese Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft! Leider ist während unseres Aufenthalts der Aufzug ausgefallen. Mit einem Baby war das sehr schwierig und anstrengend. Ansonsten hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Modee und liebevoll eingerichtete Appartements im Herzen von Koblenz. Nah zum Bahnhof und zur Innenstadt. Mit großem Wohnzimmer in dem wir es auch zu 8. Bequem hatten. Wir waren zu 8. Und hatten 2 Appartements übereinander. Man sollte sich bewusst sein, dass es viele Stufen sind und 1 Bad pro Appartement. Für uns war es kein Problem.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung war sauber, großzügig aufgeteilt und Bäder waren sauber. Es hat rundum gepasst. Die Terrasse ist auch sehr gemütlich ausgestattet. Die Küche ist auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Es war perfekt. Uns hat alles gefallen.

Het is een ruime en schone accommodatie. De beschrijving klopt helemaal. Geen echte minpunten. Met het raam open in de slaapkamer hoor je wel het station / de treinen. Er is in de keuken een afvalbak waar je afval ook direct kan scheiden. Het was ons echter niet geheel duidelijk wat in welke bak moest.

Wir haben mit 6 Personen ein tolles Mädelswochende in der Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist von draußen (Bahnhof usw.) fast gar nichts zu hören. Die Fenster sind mit Rolladen ausgestattet. So konnten auch die licht- und geräuschempfindlichen unter uns gut schlafen. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern lief super.

The apartment was so spacious, modern, clean and very well equipped (underfloor heating in the bathroom was wonderful!). Communication with the host in the lead up was great, and checking in very easy with the lock box. Overall, it was an extremely pleasant place to stay and felt like we were at home. There is a nice bakery immediately downstairs which was perfect for getting breakfast without going far. Nothing really, it was excellent. The only thing I can think of is being provided with a second set of keys to help remove the fear of accidentally getting locked out if the front door was shut with the keys left inside.

This was a great find! The flat is walking distance to Koblenz town centre, which makes it for a convenient location to stay. The nice bakery downstairs from the flat, where to go for breakfast and for fresh bread is a bonus. The flat is cozy, and with everything inside (including a dishwasher!) to make the stay really comfortable. Extra points for the bed and the shower! When we asked for more toilet paper and tablets for the dishwasher, the owner made sure we got them very quickly. All in all, excellent value for money and a place to go back to next time we are in Koblenz! To be really picky, there is no use of the washing machine in the flat given that there is nowhere to hang the washing and no possibility to do the ironing.
