House Rules
• Early Check-In
€30 for 1 hour before 3:00 PM, €60 for 2 hours. Availability must be confirmed with the host in advance.
• Late Check-Out
€30 for 1 hour after 11:00 AM, €60 for 2 hours. Availability must be confirmed with the host in advance.
• Luggage Drop-Off
Available on the check-in day starting from 11:00 AM for a fee of €10.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, including all rooms, bathrooms, and enclosed spaces. If guests disregard this rule, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee to cover the cost of deep cleaning and odor removal using specialized equipment. This fee will be charged separately.
We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a clean and smoke-free environment for all our guests.
Smoking outside is permitted, and an ashtray is provided for your convenience. Please be mindful when disposing of cigarette ends to avoid litter or fire hazards.
• Additional Guests
€40 per guest per night for any additional guests not included in the original booking. You must inform the host in advance if you expect visitors during your stay.
• Payment of Fees
All additional fees can be paid on the spot in cash, via bank transfer, or through Airbnb.
• Mid-Term Stays (14+ nights)
Weekly housekeeping is provided free of charge. This includes changing bed sheets, towels, and replenishing consumable household supplies (excluding food and groceries). This service helps maintain the apartment in good condition and ensures a comfortable stay. Housekeeping dates will be arranged upon arrival.

Spacious, well equipped and intelligently designed. This flat is a great place to use as a base, with only a short walk to shops and tourist attractions. The local area is peaceful and you can get quickly settled in to enjoy your visit. Even though it was very hot during our stay, having a good fan provided made it a little more comfortable. A very minor point, but it would have been helpful to have a short guide to the flat, its features and local facilities - for example, having a bakery downstairs is obvious to see, but it would be useful to know about other nearby shops and their opening hours, as well as places to do recycling.

The apartment was so spacious, modern, clean and very well equipped (underfloor heating in the bathroom was wonderful!). Communication with the host in the lead up was great, and checking in very easy with the lock box. Overall, it was an extremely pleasant place to stay and felt like we were at home. There is a nice bakery immediately downstairs which was perfect for getting breakfast without going far. Nothing really, it was excellent. The only thing I can think of is being provided with a second set of keys to help remove the fear of accidentally getting locked out if the front door was shut with the keys left inside.
