• Early Check-In €30 for 1 hour before 3:00 PM, €60 for 2 hours. Availability must be confirmed with the host in advance. • Late Check-Out €30 for 1 hour after 10:00 AM, €60 for 2 hours. Availability must be confirmed with the host in advance. • Luggage Drop-Off Available on the check-in day starting from 11:00 AM for a fee of €10. Smoking Policy Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, including all rooms, bathrooms, and enclosed spaces. If guests disregard this rule, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee to cover the cost of deep cleaning and odor removal using specialized equipment. This fee will be charged separately. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a clean and smoke-free environment for all our guests. Smoking outside is permitted, and an ashtray is provided for your convenience. Please be mindful when disposing of cigarette ends to avoid litter or fire hazards. • Additional Guests €40 per guest per night for any additional guests not included in the original booking. You must inform the host in advance if you expect visitors during your stay. • Payment of Fees All additional fees can be paid on the spot in cash, via bank transfer, or through Airbnb. • Mid-Term Stays (14+ nights) Weekly housekeeping is provided free of charge. This includes changing bed sheets, towels, and replenishing consumable household supplies (excluding food and groceries). This service helps maintain the apartment in good condition and ensures a comfortable stay. Housekeeping dates will be arranged upon arrival.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen kurzen Urlaub in dieser Dachgeschosswohnung. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, und wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an wohlgefühlt. Die ruhige Lage und die gute Ausstattung haben unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können diese Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft! Leider ist während unseres Aufenthalts der Aufzug ausgefallen. Mit einem Baby war das sehr schwierig und anstrengend. Ansonsten hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung war sauber, großzügig aufgeteilt und Bäder waren sauber. Es hat rundum gepasst. Die Terrasse ist auch sehr gemütlich ausgestattet. Die Küche ist auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Es war perfekt. Uns hat alles gefallen.

Het is een ruime en schone accommodatie. De beschrijving klopt helemaal. Geen echte minpunten. Met het raam open in de slaapkamer hoor je wel het station / de treinen. Er is in de keuken een afvalbak waar je afval ook direct kan scheiden. Het was ons echter niet geheel duidelijk wat in welke bak moest.

Wir haben mit 6 Personen ein tolles Mädelswochende in der Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist von draußen (Bahnhof usw.) fast gar nichts zu hören. Die Fenster sind mit Rolladen ausgestattet. So konnten auch die licht- und geräuschempfindlichen unter uns gut schlafen. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern lief super.
