• Early Check-In €60 for 1 hour before 3:00 PM, €90 for 2 hours. Availability must be confirmed with the host in advance. • Late Check-Out €60 for 1 hour after 10:00 AM, €90 for 2 hours. Availability must be confirmed with the host in advance. • Luggage Drop-Off Available on the check-in day starting from 11:00 AM for a fee of €10. Smoking Policy Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, including all rooms, bathrooms, and enclosed spaces. If guests disregard this rule, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee to cover the cost of deep cleaning and odor removal using specialized equipment. This fee will be charged separately. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a clean and smoke-free environment for all our guests. • Additional Guests €40 per guest per night for any additional guests not included in the original booking. You must inform the host in advance if you expect visitors during your stay. • Payment of Fees All additional fees can be paid on the spot in cash, via bank transfer, or through Airbnb. • Mid-Term Stays (14+ nights) Weekly housekeeping is provided free of charge. This includes changing bed sheets, towels, and replenishing consumable household supplies (excluding food and groceries). This service helps maintain the apartment in good condition and ensures a comfortable stay. Housekeeping dates will be arranged upon arrival.

Guests have exclusive access to all three private floors, ensuring a fully private stay. Each floor is its own independent apartment, and no spaces are shared with other guests. You’ll have complete privacy from the 3rd floor up to the 5th floor, including private entrances to each apartment and use of the stairwell solely for your group. Enjoy the freedom and comfort of a dedicated space for your group alone!
