• Early Check-In
€30 for 1 hour before 3:00 PM, €60 for 2 hours. Availability must be confirmed with the host in advance.
• Late Check-Out
€30 for 1 hour after 10:00 AM, €60 for 2 hours. Availability must be confirmed with the host in advance.
• Luggage Drop-Off
Available on the check-in day starting from 11:00 AM for a fee of €10.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, including all rooms, bathrooms, and enclosed spaces. If guests disregard this rule, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee to cover the cost of deep cleaning and odor removal using specialized equipment. This fee will be charged separately.
We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a clean and smoke-free environment for all our guests.
• Additional Guests
€30 per guest per night for any additional guests not included in the original booking. You must inform the host in advance if you expect visitors during your stay.
• Payment of Fees
All additional fees can be paid on the spot in cash, via bank transfer, or through Airbnb.
• Mid-Term Stays (14+ nights)
Weekly housekeeping is provided free of charge. This includes changing bed sheets, towels, and replenishing consumable household supplies (excluding food and groceries). This service helps maintain the apartment in good condition and ensures a comfortable stay. Housekeeping dates will be arranged upon arrival.

This was a great find! The flat is walking distance to Koblenz town centre, which makes it for a convenient location to stay. The nice bakery downstairs from the flat, where to go for breakfast and for fresh bread is a bonus.
The flat is cozy, and with everything inside (including a dishwasher!) to make the stay really comfortable. Extra points for the bed and the shower!
When we asked for more toilet paper and tablets for the dishwasher, the owner made sure we got them very quickly.
All in all, excellent value for money and a place to go back to next time we are in Koblenz! To be really picky, there is no use of the washing machine in the flat given that there is nowhere to hang the washing and no possibility to do the ironing.
